We are excited to announce that EuroMUN’25 will be held in Maastricht from the 2nd to the 5th of May 2025!
The topic of this year’s conference is: Peace and efficiency in times of conflict
Our goal is to engage more and more people from all over the world at this conference, with the main aim of creating a diverse community. We also want to foster collaboration and promote teamwork, as well as ensure fun during the conference.

We’re a dedicated group of students from Maastricht University, each bringing unique perspectives from different faculties, united by our excitement for this year’s EuroMUN conference! Led by our Secretary-General, Deputy Secretary-General, and Under-Secretary Generals, our team is organised into four core groups: Marketing, Logistics & Socials, Registrations & Communications and Academics.
Our EuroMUN 2025 team is committed to creating a dynamic, inclusive environment where participants from around the world feel welcomed. Through our focus on collaboration, teamwork, and a touch of fun, we’re here to make this an unforgettable experience for all!

Meet the EuroMUN 2025 Organizing Team!
Marketing Team
Marie Perniaux, Diego Meelis, Nerea Núñez, Hugo Andrez Silva, Basile Lambot
Our Marketing Team manages EuroMUN’s social media presence and website, promotes the conference to a wider audience, and captures the highlights of the event in real time.
They work to keep the community engaged and informed at every stage, from pre-conference preparations to live updates during the event.
Registrations & Communications Team
Michalina Wachowiak, Jessica Schwartz, Clara Servais, Anais Mäder, Nikitas Gavalas
Our Registrations & Communications Team oversees delegate applications and committee allocations, manages helpdesks during the event, and prepares debate rooms.
Their goal is to facilitate a streamlined registration process and provide support to delegates, so everyone can focus on making the most of EuroMUN.
Logistics & Socials Team
Alysha Simic, Julia Malinowska, Meda Zamfir, Hanna Kołakowska, Arjun Singh Dhadwar, Aleksandra Ivanović
Our Logistics & Socials Team chooses and secures venues for both academic and social activities, partners with local businesses, and prepares memorable social events.
They ensure the smooth running of every aspect of the conference, seamlessly coordinating behind-the-scenes details to create a positive experience for all attendees.
Academics Team
Henry-John Verhelst, Apoorva Prabhu, Sabin López de Goicoechea, Seppe Grobben, Mannat Sharma, Stepan Kunevich, Romane Grand, Matias Blanes
Our Academics Team is responsible for coordinating all EuroMUN committees and debate topics, managing the chair application process, and providing expert guidance on conference matters.
They also serve as legal advisors and special representatives, ensuring that each committee session is both insightful and rigorously structured.
